Collar

A beautiful collar is one of the most important features of the shirt's details. It curves naturally and fits around your neck comfortably. Our original collar pattern is made the back fabric to be slightly smaller than the front fabric.
It requires a particular technique to sew them together, but this small difference makes the curved collar naturally and three-dimensionally, also gives an elegant look.

Cuff

For the same reason as a collar pattern, all of our cuff patterns are designed to be slightly curved when it's worn.

The inner fabric is cut slightly smaller than the outer fabric in an arc shape to form a natual corn-shape to fit along with your wrist.
This arc curve allows the cuff to fit around your wrist comfortably and gives an even allowance with a jacket sleeve.

Mother of Pearl Buttons

Mother-of-pearl buttons are considered of the highest quality as a button material for shirts. The natural material is strong, resilient, and has a naturally elegant luster. It's been used for centuries in history on high-end quality garments and cuff links as well as other fine jewelry such as watches.
We use this material as one of our signature details in our products.

Gussets

Even the small part takes an important role in the garment.
The gusset strengthens around the side seam and makes the garment more durable, as well as embellishing the garment at the same time as the detail of high-end propduct.

Sewing Construction

Single needle, flat-felled stitching which requires skilled techniques, creates the smooth french seam to maximize the comfortable touch of the shirt. It takes more sewing process and longer time to construct each garment, however this particular detail regarded as the quality of a luxury shirt constructs both enough durability and smooth touch to the skin at the same time.

Thread Shank Buttons & Sleeve Placket

The buttons on collars and cuffs are sometimes hard to button up because of the lining between the fabrics and its thickness. Winding the thread around the button’s shank is subtle but significant detail of a quality shirt to ease buttoned up.

The working sleeve placket is sewn carefully very narrow and clean. Even though the part is hardly seen when it's worn, this is our pride to go to great lengths to make precise details in order to present the best quality garments.
